The Uniting Church Parish Annual Ball was held on Friday evening, 10th May. The theme this year was “Autumn” and the hall was decorated in a colourful display of autumn tones. Some of the ladies wore autumn coloured evening dresses which added to the happy atmosphere. In the last week of Term 1, the St Francis Grade 3 & 4 students ventured to Billabong Ranch Echuca on their camp. The camp was a great opportunity to develop a range of social skills. Most activities at camp involved teamwork, which is great to strengthen established friendships and also to develop new friendships by connecting with children they may not regularly work with at school. The Lion's Club were a hit with their egg and bacon rolls and Milking It Cafe and Brereton’s Bakery were kept on their toes for a few hours. Nathalia Pony Club hosted the Northern Zone Qualifiers for Games, Flat and Musical Ride on Sunday the 7th of April.  Right from the beginning the excitement was high as 33 riders were put into 5 teams to compete against each other over 8 games.
