Fish habitat makes Waranga golden location for perch Habitat has been installed in Waranga Basin, creating a sustainable golden perch fishery readily accessible by recreational fishers. Fish habitats provide small ecosystems for different species of fish. Nathalia Primary School celebrated Father’s Day with a delicious breakfast with the dads and their kids. The coffee van was on-site for a morning caffeine hit and bacon and egg rolls were cooked by the members of the Fishing Club on the school barbecue. It was fantastic to see so many parents come to the school to share breakfast with the children.       

A great night was had by all at the Barmah muster yards on Saturday 2nd July, for the annual timber workers reunion. Many thanks go to Roger Young for organising the event, and to Max and Michael Baker for the cooking the fantastic camp oven stew
